1. Appointments and Bookings
Please arrive on time for your appointment. It helps us keep the day running smoothly.
If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a fee before future bookings.
2. Service Consultations
Before we begin any hair, skin, or nail service, our team will discuss your goals, concerns, and expectations. We encourage open communication so we can deliver results you’ll be happy with.
For chemical or long-duration services, a patch test or consultation may be required beforehand.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in the salon or on our website.
We accept cash, UPI, cards, or approved digital payment methods.
Full payment must be made at the end of your service.
4. Refunds and Adjustments
Because salon services are based on time, products, and professional expertise, we do not offer refunds.
If something didn’t turn out as expected, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll be happy to review it and offer a reasonable correction if needed.
5. Hygiene and Safety
Your wellbeing matters. We follow strict hygiene practices, sanitize tools after every use, and maintain a clean workspace.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, please inform your stylist before the service begins.
6. Personal Belongings
We do our best to provide a safe environment, but we’re not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Keep valuables with you during your visit.
7. Use of Photos and Media
With your permission, we may take photos or videos of your final look for our portfolio or social media.
If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know—your comfort comes first.
8. Gift Cards and Offers
Gift cards and special promotions are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period.
Offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
